Arame Salon & Spa wants you to feel at home and in-the-know about our company’s policies and practices.

SHOULD I ARRIVE EARLY FOR MY SCHEDULED RESERVATION?

Arriving a short time before your scheduled reservation (10 minutes) will allow sufficient time to check-in and enjoy some soothing Aveda Comforting Tea or another refreshment (when we resume offering beverages again).

NEW CLIENTS

New clients can hold their reservation with us using an American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATIONS

We recognize that your time is valuable and how busy your schedule can become. Please be advised that if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation time, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This notice can give us the opportunity to offer another guest this reservation time which they may be waiting on. Any reservation that is cancelled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).

CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE

With respect to safety and experience of all our guests, children are not permitted in the service areas unless they are receiving a service. In any other instance, they must be accompanied by an adult. It is not advisable to bring children to your regularly scheduled reservation for the reasons mentioned above.

NOTE: Due to current capacity issues, we kindly ask that all guests travel alone to their scheduled service with us.

NEW COLOR CLIENTS

In an effort to provide the best outcome possible for you, we provide ALL new color clients with a customized color consultation. For all these reasons, All NEW color clients will need to complete our online consultation form.

Color Consultation Form

In addition to speaking with you around the goal for your color, we analyze your hair type, length and condition (integrity of your hair). We do a Patch Test to check if there are any allergic reactions to the color. This customized color consultation also allows us to more accurately determine the service(s) needed, the timing for these services, and the cost for these services. For these reasons, ALL new color clients will need this customized consultation prior to scheduling your first color service with us.

Customized Color Consultation – FAQ’s

How long is this customized color consultation?

This consultation is a 30-minute (verbal) reservation. There will be a Strand Test performed during the 30 minutes and the color will need time to process. Total reservation time can be up to 1.5 hours, depending on the desired results.

Can I book the consultation and the color service on the same day?

We are unable to book both on the same day. Until we gather all the information from your consultation, we cannot accurately determine the service(s), timing and pricing of your color service.

Can I get color the same day as the consultation?

Since many of our clients pre-book up to three future reservations, we are busy, so it is difficult for us to accommodate short notice reservation requests.

How much does the consultation cost?

The consultation is complimentary. We will just need a credit card to hold your reservation with us (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa).

How long is the color consultation good for?

30 days, unless there are changes from initial consultation day.

ARAME SALON & SPA’S INFORMATION POLICY

ALL of your personal information obtained by us is held in strict confidence. We collect this information for internal use only. This information is helpful to better service you and communicate salon specials and other communications solely from Arame Salon & Spa.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by receipt. Store credit or exchange only. Products that have been used excessively cannot be returned. ALL makeup sales are final.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Arame Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid 12 months from date of issue.

SAME-DAY RESERVATION REQUESTS

Our system treats these the same as booking reservations online. A credit card will be needed to secure and pay for reservation.
